If your eCard recipient has not redeemed their gift within 1 year*, we're here to help! Contact our expert Happiness Squad at
support@sugarwish.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to provide Sugarwish credit (processing fees may apply) or arrange for the gift to be donated to the
Make-A-Wish Foundation on your behalf.
*eCards over 1 year old are ineligible for Sugarwish credit, but may still be donated at any time.
