Will my recipients select which wines they’d prefer?
Yes! Recipients can select their favorite wines from 6 categories (2 white categories, 2 red categories, 1 rosé category, 1 sparkling wine/champagne category). All categories are the same for Premium & Ultra Premium wines.
Can recipients choose across Premium & Ultra Premium offerings?
No. As noted above with the sizes, if a buyer gives a Small or Large size, their recipient will see only Premium wine offerings. If a buyer gives a Medium, X-Large, Deluxe or Grand, their recipient will see only the Ultra Premium wine offerings.
Where are the wines sourced from?
Wines are from wineries and vineyards in Europe as well as domestically sourced wines from California.
Can recipients find these wines at their local liquor store?
Yes. Some of our premium wines offered are domestically sourced out of California. They are wines you could find at your local liquor store.

Will my recipients select individual wines for their box?
Your recipients will select their wines by each glass from our selection of sommelier-picked reds, whites, or rosés. If your recipient prefers a curated experience, they can choose one of our available themed boxes instead.
How do you select the wines in each box?
We have relationships with winemakers all over the world. We handpick our favorite gems and the best examples of what each vineyard has to offer. Our team of sommeliers and experts piece together the best wines of the moment, whether they're just bottled vintages of exciting new regions or cellar finds from a decade ago. We highlight what’s seasonally appropriate and worth discovering now—giving recipients the opportunity to experience wines they can’t easily come by at their local store.
Can I purchase and send full bottles as a gift?
Yes! We are now offering full Wine bottles here.
What is special about your by-the-glass format?
We utilize a patented bottling technology that ensures preservation of both taste and quality of the wine. Each glass guarantees the wine for up to three years, preserved exactly as if it were from the bottle. The glasses themselves and the bottling technology are protected by 5 international patents. Our bottles are made of beverage-grade glass and are fully recyclable. We have gone to the ends of the earth to not only bring you the best wine, but the best technology behind it. We've taken every step to ensure no oxygen is introduced to the wine, no seams are in the glass, and each glass maintains the vineyard’s original design so you get the full, table-side sommelier experience right at home.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Currently, we do not ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
Is an adult signature required at delivery?
Yes! Since it is alcohol, an adult signature is required at delivery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign.
Can I pick up a delivery due to the adult signature requirement?
Absolutely! We ship via UPS, so you can ship to any UPS Store location (respectively) and pickup at your own convenience. You can look up the closest location on the UPS website. We cannot ship to UPS Access Points.
I don't like the wine, can I return my purchase?
We are so sorry to hear that. Our wine team spends countless hours tasting and sourcing the wines we offer. We understand that wine is highly personal and everyone has their own preferences. Unfortunately, alcohol shipping laws do not allow for us to accept returns.**
My shipment was damaged. What now?
Sorry to hear that! Email our Happiness Squad at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a replacement product free of charge.
I missed my delivery. What do I do now?
If you just missed your delivery, please know UPS will attempt to deliver it up to 3 times in total. Check your tracking number to be updated on when their next attempt will be.
After the final delivery attempt, UPS will hold your shipment at their local facility, and indicate the address on your door tag and online tracking number. Your shipment will be held at the local UPS location for 5 business days. If you do not pick up your shipment within the designated time period, the box will be shipped back to us.
We are happy to reship any returned orders.*
*Requests for reships must be submitted within 30 days of your order's ship date by emailing email@example.com. Any requests submitted after 30 days will be issued a store credit less any applicable restock and shipping fees.
**Please note that due to alcohol shipping laws, we are unable to accept returns once a shipment has been delivered.
