Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sugarwish, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have a delightful experience. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied, please get in touch with our dedicated Happiness Squad at support@sugarwish.com, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

If you need to cancel an eCard that hasn't been redeemed within one year, we offer the following options:
  1. Sugarwish Credit: You may be eligible for a Sugarwish credit, minus a processing fee.*
  2. Make-A-Wish® Donation: Alternatively, you have the opportunity to donate your unredeemed eCard to Make-A-Wish® to support a worthy cause.

For any further inquiries or clarifications, don't hesitate to contact our Happiness Squad or your dedicated Gift Concierge. 

*Per our policy, unredeemed eCards over one year old are not eligible for a Sugarwish Credit. Please contact our Happiness Squad at support@sugarwish.com if you wish to re-purpose the eCard for a new recipient, or have it donated to the Make-A-Wish® Foundation on your behalf.
