We want to make sure you are delighted with your Sugarwish experience! If you are not, please contact our Happiness Squad at so we can make it right.

​If you need to cancel an eCard that has not been redeemed within one year, you may be eligible for a Sugarwish credit (minus a processing fee). You may also eligible to donate your unredeemed eCard to Make-A-Wish®. For further questions, please reach out to our Happiness Squad or your dedicated Gift Concierge.
