Can I update the payment method on my recent order?
If you have a Corporate Account and need to update the payment method for a recent order, we're here to help. Please follow these steps:
- Add the Payment Method to Your Account: Log in to your account and navigate to 'Your Account' > 'Payments' to add the new payment method.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Happiness Squad at support@sugarwish.com. Include your order number and the last 4 digits of the card you'd like to use for the updated payment.
Please note that a 3% processing fee will apply when processing the new payment.
