I'm having trouble redeeming my eCard. Any help?

If you have any trouble redeeming your gift, it may help to try a different or incognito browser, or to clear your cache and allow cookies. We are optimized for Google Chrome. 

Additionally, if you are accessing your gift from a work or school device, or on a restricted network, we recommend trying again from a personal device and network. Go to Sugarwish.com/receiver and enter your gift code to unlock the gift.
