I am unable to click "continue" after making my selections.

If you’re unable to click “continue” after making selections with your Sugarwish eCard, it might be because you haven’t chosen enough items. Check the number of items you need to select at the top of the webpage, near the “continue” button, and ensure you’ve made the maximum number of selections before proceeding.

Before you have made the maximum number of selections, your eCard will look like this, with the “continue” button in gray:



Once you have made the maximum number of selections, your eCard will look like this, with the “continue” button in red. You can now click “continue” to proceed with entering your shipping information!



If you have any further trouble, we recommend clearing your browser's cache, or trying again on a new device or in a new Private/Incognito browser window.
