How to Update Your Sugarwish Account Email Address

Sugarwish prioritizes the security of your account information. To maintain this security, customers with Admin access are responsible for updating any email addresses associated with their account. This applies to both their own email address and those of the Users they manage.

Admins:

  1. Log in to your Sugarwish account: Navigate to the Sugarwish website and Sign In using your current Admin email address and password. 
  2. Access your account settings: Once logged in, locate the "Account Options" tab from your Happiness Dashboard. Then, under the "Settings" section click on the "Users" tab.
  3. Edit contact information: Click the pencil icon next to the User you want to edit. Here you can update the User's Name, Email Address, and/or Access Type.
  4. Save changes: Once you've entered the new details, confirm the update by clicking "Change."
If you cannot access your old email address, Sugarwish cannot directly change your email address due to security concerns. Here are some potential solutions:
  1. Recover your old email address: Contact your email provider's customer support for assistance in regaining access to your old email address.
  2. Create a new Sugarwish account: If you are unable to recover your old email address, you can create a new Sugarwish account using your preferred email address.
We understand this may be inconvenient, but this policy helps us ensure the security of your account and prevent unauthorized access.

Users:

If you need to change the email address associated with your Sugarwish account, please contact your Sugarwish Account Admin. They will be able to assist you with this process.
