A Gift Card Sugarwish allows the receiver to choose the gift card brand they like best (from 50+ choices!), making it the most thoughtful and delightful way to send a gift card. 

How do I send a Gift Card Sugarwish? 

For security purposes, a corporate account is required before purchasing gift cards. If you don’t already have one, you can sign up for a free account here.

Once you have your account, head to our Gift Card page. In some cases, you may need to request purchase approval to proceed. After submitting your request, a member of our team will promptly contact you by phone to guide you through a quick and easy verification process.

Once approved, your account will be ready to send Gift Cards with Sugarwish!

Can I send a Gift Card Sugarwish instantly? 

Yes, you can send any Sugarwish with instant e-delivery. As soon as you complete your order, your recipient will receive your eCard and message with a link to choose their favorite gift card.

What will they get to choose?

Do you have International Gift Card options? 

Yes, we have international gift card options. Recipients will select from a variety of their local brands in their currency equivalent. See the list of available countries below:

Can I personalize my Gift Card Sugarwish? 

Yes! One of our delightful eCards (or a customized eCard you create) with a personal message will be sent to the receiver with the link to choose their gift card. See How to Upload My Own Image

Can I add a treat (or another Sugarwish) to my Gift Card gift? 

Absolutely! Double the fun by adding another one of our Sugarwishes to their Gift Card Gift, starting at $25 delivered. After selecting the value of the Gift Card, you’ll have the option to add a Sugarwish treat. Your recipient will get one eCard which will let them choose a Gift Card, plus their favorite Sugarwish options, too.


What happens if my recipient doesn't choose their gift card? 

In the unlikely event that a recipient doesn't choose their gift card then upon the expiration of the eCard (the date you can set during purchase) you will be credited back 90% of the price you paid for the gift to your Sugarwish account. If you don't set an expiration date you can contact support@sugarwish.com to have the eCard canceled and credited back to your account. This is the same process as all other Sugarwish eCards.

Help! I'm a recipient and haven't received the gift card I selected in my email.

If your virtual gift card hasn’t arrived in your inbox within a few hours after selecting your brand, it’s possible there was a typo in your email address. Please reach out to us at support@sugarwish.com with your eCard’s gift code and your correct email address, and we’ll resend it your way.
