Sugarwish gifts will arrive in The Bouqs Co. packaging but will still contain our Box Cards and buyer messages and will absolutely deliver on the Sugarwish experience.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States.*

How will the flowers ship?
Flowers are shipped via FedEx Overnight. However, if you redeemed your flowers Thursday-Sunday you may not receive them until the following Tuesday as flowers do not ship over the weekend.
Is a signature required at delivery?
A signature is not required at delivery.
Will recipients select individual flowers for their box?
When a recipient receives Flowers as a gift, they’ll be able to select from an assortment of arrangements each containing different types of flowers, but they are not able to select which precise flowers go into the arrangement.
How do you select the flowers in each box?
The Bouqs Co. has selected evergreen arrangements for Sugarwish with a variety of options that are sure to please and delight recipients and are available all year round.
I have pets - are flowers safe for them?
We highly recommend keeping all flowers and plants away from pets, as some may be poisonous. Please consult your veterinarian for questions about what is safe for your pet.
We strongly recommend looking into the safety precautions for your specific pet and breed.
Lilies, daffodils, tulips & peonies are among the plants known to cause mild to severe reactions in pets if ingested. We strongly advise against selecting these flowers if animals may come in contact with them. Again, please consult a veterinarian or other expert if you have any doubt or questions.
Care Instructions and Storage
How should I care for my Flowers?
Unpack your bouquet ASAP. Your Sugarwish Flowers will arrive carefully packaged in a cardboard box that protected them during transit. However, upon receipt, you’ll want to bring them inside ASAP and remove them from the box within a few hours. After you’ve unboxed the flowers, carefully unwrap the protective paper covering then, and remove the rubber band holding the stems together.
Your flowers were picked fresh from the farm right before being boxed and shipped to you so they may still be buds. Don’t worry! Follow the care instructions and they’ll bloom in no time!
Where is the vase?
Unless you received an arrangement with a vase, your flowers will arrive with the stems only.
Displaying in a vase
During transit, the ends of the stems will have dried out which will make it difficult for them to drink up water in a vase. Prior to adding them to any vase, give the stems a trim! Use a sharp pair of pruning shears or scissors to give the end of each stem a fresh 45º cut. You’ll want to remove at least half an inch, but you can also remove more. Remove any leaves that fall below the water line to prevent bacteria.
You’ll need to give your flowers water to drink! Make sure to use a clean vase to help prevent the spread of disease and fill the vase about halfway with water. Before you place your flowers in the vase, add some of the flower food packet that comes included. This will help your flowers stay hydrated and prevent the buildup of bacteria. Remember to save some of the flower food for when you change the water in the vase. It’s a good practice to change the water every two to three days. This will remove any bacteria that can cause your flowers to wilt prematurely. When you change the water, add some new flower food.
Keep flowers out of direct light and away from heat.
I don't like my flowers, can I return my purchase?
We are so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately because flowers are a living thing, we cannot accept returns.
My shipment was damaged. What now?
