Need to share the sweetness again? Resending an active, unused eCard is a piece of cake!

For Account Holders:

If you have an account with us, follow these simple steps from your Happiness Dashboard to resend an eCard:

  2. Visit "My Orders" to manage your past orders.
  3. Locate the unredeemed eCard you wish to resend.
  4. Click the three dots in the "Actions" column for that order, then select "Resend Options."
  5. If necessary, update the recipient’s email address or phone number.
  6. Click "Resend eCard" to send the gift again with just a click.
  7. Alternatively, you can manually copy the eCard link if preferred.
