Can I resend my recipient's eCard?
You sure can-dy! An active, unused eCard can be resent at any time.
If you have an account with us, we’ve made this super easy for you. From your account’s Happiness Dashboard, start by visiting "Your Orders" to manage your past orders. Then, locate the unredeemed eCard that you would like to resend.
Once you have located the order, click the “Resend” button. If needed, you’ll have the opportunity to edit your recipient’s email address or phone number before clicking “Resend eCard”. If you’d like to resend the gift manually, you’ll be able to copy a link to the eCard from here, too.
