Need to tweak your recipient's eCard? No problem! We're here to assist with various changes to ensure your gift is just right. You can modify names, contact information, send dates, and gift messages.*

For Account Holders:

If you have an account with us, follow these steps from your Happiness Dashboard to make changes:
  1. Go to "Your Orders" to access your past orders.
  2. Locate the specific order containing the eCard you wish to edit.
  3. Under "Your Orders," click on the order to reveal editing options.
  4. Update your recipient's email address, phone number, or send date as needed.

For Non-Account Holders:

Don't have an account with us? No worries! We're still here to help. Reach out to us via chat or email at support@sugarwish.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.

*Please note that we are unable to alter the eCard type, size, or image once the order is placed.
