Can I make changes to my recipient's eCard?

If you'd like to make changes to your recipient's eCard, we're here to help! We can edit you or your recipient's name, your recipient's email address or phone number, the send date, or the written gift message.*

If you have an account with us, your recipient's email address, phone number, or the send date can be changed straight from your Happiness Dashboard under "Your Orders".  For more instruction, see: Can I change my recipient's email or phone number?

If you do not have an account with us, we’re here to help. Chat with us or email our expert Happiness Squad at support@sugarwish.com with your order number and what you would like to change. 

*Please note that we are unable to change your recipient's eCard type, size, or image after the order has already been placed.
