Can I edit the eCard's send date?
Need to make changes to your eCard's send date? No worries – it's easy and hassle-free!
For Account Holders:
If you have an account with us, follow these simple steps from your Happiness Dashboard to edit the eCard's send date:
- Visit "My Orders" to manage your past orders.
- Locate the unredeemed eCard you wish to edit.
- Click the “Edit Send Date” button for that order.
- Select a new date for your recipient's eCard delivery.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply the update.
For Non-Account Holders:
Don't have an account with us? No problem! We're here to assist. Simply click “Contact Us” or email our expert Happiness Squad at support@sugarwish.com with your order number and the new date you'd like the eCard to be sent.
