Can I change my recipient's email or phone number?

Need to update your recipient's email or phone number? We've got you covered! With a Sugarwish account, making edits is a breeze.

For Account Holders:

Follow these simple steps from your Happiness Dashboard to modify your recipient's email address or phone number:
  1. Visit "Your Orders" to manage your past orders.
  2. Locate the unredeemed eCard you want to update.
  3. Click the “Options” button associated with that order.
  4. Rest assured, clicking "Options" won't resend the gift immediately.
  5. Edit the recipient's email address or phone number as needed.
  6. Click "Resend eCard" to apply the changes.
If you wish to resend the gift manually, you can also copy the eCard link from this section.
