Can I change my recipient's email or phone number?
Need to update your recipient's email or phone number? We've got you covered! With a Sugarwish account, making edits is a breeze.
For Account Holders:
Follow these simple steps from your Happiness Dashboard to modify your recipient's email address or phone number:
- Visit "My Orders" to manage your past orders.
- Locate the unredeemed eCard you want to update.
- Click the three dots in the "Actions" column for that order, then select "Resend Options."
- Rest assured, clicking " Resend Options" won't resend the gift immediately.
- Edit the recipient's email address or phone number as needed.
- Click "Resend eCard" to apply the changes.
If you wish to resend the gift manually, you can also copy the eCard link from this section.
